Thank you, Mr. President. This resolution -- as you remember, earlier this summer, the Department of Human Services put out a plan - the first plan that I can remember in my numbers of years down here - that talked about, over a period of time, moving people out of State institutions, particularly the developmentally disabled, and putting them into community settings. This resolution encourages the Department to go forward and work the plan now - now that they finally have a plan; that the resolution basically says, now go forward and let’s work this plan. And so I ask for your favorable approval.
