For over 35 years, Cindy Harris gave freely of her time and talents to the McHenry County 4-H as a member, club leader, and volunteer coordinator. And she was inducted into the Illinois 4-H Hall of Fame in 2012. On February 11 of this year, we lost her, but we know that the work she did will continue through those that she helped as she sought… as they sought their own path to service. She will live on through those that she served. We owe a debt of gratitude to Cindy Harris and to all the Cindy Harris's throughout our state and for the countless hours they spend to improve the programs from local to the national level. Cindy exemplified all the best of volunteerism and community service and was the embodiment of 4-H in every aspect as she personified its motto to make the best better. Now, according to our analysis here, it also says that the student must have a current valid Illinois driver's license, or Illinois Identification card, or evidence of a valid Illinois voter registration. So, that… since we allow illegal residents to receive an Illinois driver's license, does this still mean that illegal, undocumented, or however you want to classify them, students would still be able to sit as a student trustee?"

So what you do have here is that you do have undocumented, illegal, otherwise noncitizen students who would be allowed to sit in a trustee… a student trustee slot at our major universities.
