I'd just like to remind the Membership of two items we have coming up on our calendar, and one of them is tomorrow niqht. Senator Berman, standing here to my left, and I are sponsoring, along with the Southwestern Illinois Industrial Association, the annual tennis tournament. And it's co-sponsored by Cook-Witter and Illinois Bell. It's tomorrow night at the Springfield Racquet Club from 7:30 to 10:30. We have forms available: anyone who wants to participate. We always have a good time and a good turnout. And, certainly, we -- we welcome those Who will wish to play. This, I guess, is the athletic department speaking here, because next week is our annual softball game With the House. We will be distributing tickets on the Senate Floor. We ask each Member to purchase ten tickets, whieh go towards helping finance the game and, of course, goes to the fundraiser. This year's game is in honor of Pete Miller. As I mentioned last Week, Pete was a former Senator and House Member who Worked with the Senate softball games, started originally, and has really donated literally thousands of dollars to the young people of the Springfield area. So we're wanting a1l of you that ean play to do so. We may have a practice Thursday night. And Wedll talk about that and maybe announce that later. But the softball game is next Wednesday night, June 11th. So, appreciate your -- your interest.

It's also -- I have had khe opporeunity, thanks to you, my fellow Senators, to pass a bill which will enable us to have a trade office in Zaire -- Zaire, Africa. And: hopefully, they will also, in return, have a trade office in Chicago, Illinois. And with that marriage, hope that that Will bring this economic development not only to the State of Illinois, not only to the City of Chicago and the people here, but around the world, and open up a new front. so have the pleasure to have with me today and as I call the names, if you will raise your hands, would appreciate it - Mr. Bossekota W'Atshia, who is Special Economic Advisor to the President of the Public Isic> (Republic) of Zaire and also President of Foundation qsic> (Fondaide) Zaire.
