Ladies and Gentlemen, I'm very honored today to have with me Dr. Gayle Saunders, who's the President of Richland Community College. Dr. Saunders will be retiring after forty years in service of education, higher education specifically, here in the State of Illinois, and specifically fifteen years as President of 20 STATE OF ILLINOIS 99th GENERAL ASSEMBLY REGULAR SESSION SENATE TRANSCRIPT 79th Legislative Day 2/16/2016 Richland College in Decatur. On behalf of Senator Manar, who -- he and I share Macon County and their service territory, although I'm very privileged to have the college itself in my side of that line, I'd like to ask that we give her a big round of applause and thanks for her years of effort and also best wishes. She's getting ready to have grandbaby twins. And so that will keep her more than occupied in retirement.
